My treatment plan – natural mast cell stabilising tablets, electromagnetic energy, water and Thyme.

Along with my low histamine diet and fresh herbs, I have realised I need a little more help with getting better, as it seems at the moment diet alone isn’t completely healing me, and what I’ve realised is that the diet calms things down, but doesn’t seem to control the mast cells. Below I have written what I am now taking as well and why it is helping me to get myself completely back on track.

NeuroProtek – by Algonot

Neuroprotek is a natural mast cell stabilizer that has been said to be more power then the tablet that is usually prescribed by the doctors called Sodium chromoglicate. It is meant  to be taken over time as it gradually helps the body build up a resistance, it can take from 3 months to a year to completely stabilize your mast cells, depending on your condition and how long you have been ill for. I took it a while back before I’d been diagnosed as a trial and when I came off it after three months, I found I wasn’t reacting to food as much, but then I tried some antihistamine tablets from the doctors and they gave me a massive relapse and everything came crashing down. This is what made me think if I try again and stay on it a little longer this time, it may just help to calm things down enough to eat more things and not be so reactive. The only downfall to these tablets is that I slightly react to them, but I have realised this is because the tablets are targeting the problem and therefore making them worse, before I get better, this seems to be the case with everything in life, so I am sticking to it as know they work. I am going to try to be on them for around 6 months, and then slowly come off them and hope that this is enough to sort things out more.

The Parasite Zapper

I respond very well to electromagnetic treatments, as had it in the past with bio resonance, and although the treatment was incredible,  it is expensive, so is genuinely only affordable on a short-term basis. The next best thing is the parasite zapper, which is a similar sort of treatment, but you can do it yourself. I use the zapper every morning when I wake up, as it helps with my inflammation, fatigue, tolerating the tablets more as well as food. It is very powerful and has no side effects, which is just fab. I use the original zapper that was created Dr Hulda Clark, that has two copper handles, with a frequency coming out of them of 30,000 Hz (30 kHz). There are many different zappers out there, but the original one is the best and the safest from what I have read and my experience. I tried other ones in the past and they actually made me more sick, whereas this makes me better, and makes my face and neck swelling go down instantly as it targets inflammation with its particular frequency.

The zapper kills parasites, viruses, bacteria, fungi and moulds electrically. Viruses and bacteria disappear in three minutes; roundworms, tapeworm stages, roundworm in five; and mites in seven. It has a positive offset and is also battery run with a 9-volt battery. With regular zapping you can start to feel its effects pretty fast, the current goes through mainly our liquids for example our vascular and lymphatic system and a small amount reaches every organ and tissue in our body. Research finds that the lymph and blood are the most important areas to zap. People like myself with an inflammatory  condition can often feel the zapper at the problem place in their body. This is because inflamed areas are negatively charged and negative charges are pulled towards the positive electrode of the zapper in 30, 000 little jerks per second, causing healing to take place. They suggest the only time you shouldn’t zap is if you are wearing a peacemaker or pregnant. When I first started zapping I felt worse, but this is meant to happen as the parasites and sickness are dying off, but after about 4 days you feel better and it gives your skin a clear radiant glow as well. Zappers are also good if you feel a cold or flue coming on as they instantly get rid of it usually.

How to zap

You are meant to wrap the copper handles in damp paper towel, then grip the handles in each hand, your arms by your sides. The zapping method that Dr Hulda Clark says to do is 7-20-7-20-7-20, so that’s a 7 minutes zapping session and then a 20 minutes break in between. The whole process takes about an hour. It is suggested that you do it in the morning as soon as you wake up.

Water

Water is a big part of my healing process, I drink about 2 litres a day. I have a 2 litre bottle that I fill with fresh water each day and make sure it is empty by the end of the day. Not only does water lower your histamine levels, but it also helps flush out bad toxins so your body can heal, it also helps the zapper work better. Water is also great for your skin and can take years off you as it hydrates the body and skin. If you are unable to use creams on your face due to reactions then water is a good way of keeping the skin smooth and fresh looking, in fact I think it is the best beauty product out there.

Thyme

Fresh thyme I have found makes me feel instantly better when I eat it, due to its histamine lowering and mast cell stabilising properties, so I eat it throughout the day whenever I start to feel fatigue creep in and it calms things down pretty fast. I put it in most of my meals as well, so this herb is a big part of my healing process too and luckily it’s pretty cheap to buy and easy to grow.

    1. That’s OK 🙂 I hope the info helps you and your sister. There is also a very special treatment out there called ‘the lightning technique’ it has a huge success rate with all sorts of health problems and I know a few people who have done it and are completely well from it. The
only problem is it’s expensive, but from reading the testimonials too it seems to be worth every penny,I am currently trying to save up to do it. In case it interests you here is the link: http://lightningprocess.com/

  1. Another great post. I’ll definitely be adding thyme to my shopping list. The zapper sounds interesting too.

How do I go about getting a diagnosis? What kind of doctor do I need to see, will a general practitioner be okay or do I have to go somewhere else? I’ve seen three doctors and they just prescribe antihistamines… Thanks for any help you can offer.

    1. Well I first saw a bioresonance specialist, and asked her to test to see if anything is up with my mast cells, and it showed up, ( you can also get tested and treated for any allergies this way and it is usually very accurate and successful) I then I joined a mast cell group and they gave me the link to all the mast cell doctors in my area, I then took this list to my GP and asked him to refer me to one of the doctors, as often they wouldn’t have a clue what it is, or who to refer to. I then finally got a diagnosis in St thomas hospital in London. Hopefully this helps 🙂
